Goole Town Council operates the Theatre, Parks and Gardens, Allotments, Market and Cemeteries for Goole. All other services, including roads, housing and benefits are operated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

What are the Council opening hours?
The Goole Town Council offices are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am – 4.30pm on Friday. The offices are not open on Weekends or during Bank Holidays.
The building is open outside of these times for Junction events.
Where can I park when visiting Goole?
Short stay parking is available in Wesley Square car park at the front of the building, for sat nav please use the postcode DN14 5EZ. This is free for 30 minutes with a ticket, with a maximum stay of 2 hours. This is currently free for blue badge holders and after 6pm.
Long stay car parking is available in the Escourt Street car park and surrounding streets to the rear of the building, which is free all day.
Both car parks are operated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We have no control over the parking restrictions in the car parks. If you have any concerns about the car parks please contact East Riding of Yorkshire Council
